Custom Control Panels

We build custom control panels for local industrial plants. Panels can be built from the simplest pencil sketch. Completed panels are documented with CAD drawings of both the inside and outside of the panel as well as the ladder diagram of the wiring in the panel. Several brands of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) can be installed and programmed in the panels as needed. When a PLC is installed in the panel, any programming is fully documented as well.

We keep a stock of terminals, wiring duct, cable wrap, and control elements on hand for short lead time panels. Custom legend plates are engraved on site, and all wires are numbered with hot stamp numbering labels impressed directly into the insulation. These numbers do not "flag", fade, or come off. All equipment mounted on the back panels are mounted with drilled and tapped machine screws. When possible, equipment is mounted on DIN rail for ease of serviceability.
